Details:
- Important notes: a one-owner guitar (brought to us by his family), an incredibly light (weighs only 8.5 LB), resonant Fender Precision Bass from 1963. Originally finished in Black/Sunburst (original finish is still poking through in certain areas of the guitar), it was refinished in Charcoal Grey many decades ago as the refinish is starting to glow under blacklight. It's been a while since we had a better player pre-CBS Spaghetti-Logo PBass out there... pure mojo! The neck is all original, the body has been refinished in Charcoal Grey and the pickups are great sounding repros. We actually had a set of early pre-CBS black bottom pickups in our shop that we considered putting back into the guitar, but these sounded so good that we decided to leave the guitar as is!
